Gates Quad-Power® 4
Through the use of innovative tension member technology with minimal expansion, Gates has developed the first maintenance-free, raw edge V-belts in the industry. In contrast to conventional V-belts, the Quad‑Power® 4 V-belts do not suffer any significant tension loss following installation. In this way, run-in phases and re-tightening are no longer required. No re-tightening also means no standstill times of the machine or in production. The new maintenance-free Quad-Power® 4 V-belt reduces costs that arise during standstill times for maintenance and technicians.
