ConCar Variable Speed Belts - Raw Edge, Moulded Cogged (Vari-Speed)
Vari-Speed variable speed belts are used for high-level force transmission in continuous variable-speed gears. Structured as an open-flank, moulded cogged V-belt with an additional fibre-reinforced elastomer layer, a variable speed belt ensures high stability and increases transverse rigidity. Due to the change in the pulley width, a continuous speed regulation of the drive is possible. ConCar can cut standard variable speed belts to a required width (from approx. 1-2 mm possible). The flank angle required can be set accordingly during cutting with a tolerance of +/- 1 degree. Cutting costs: 20 %
