Profile Rail Guides
Profile rail guides are a further development of the shaft guides. They consist of one or more guide carriages on a guide rail, which guarantee precise, easy linear positioning. These low-noise, low-friction units have been developed for high speeds and high load levels, and are easy to install. They are available in a large number of sizes and designs. They can be delivered with or without a lubricating system.
Advantages of profile rail guides:
- the guide rails can be combined with all carriage types within a single construction size
- unlimited travel path
- reduced maintenance intervals when lubricating systems are used
- protection against dirt in difficult environments through sealing of the guide carriages
