Deep Groove Ball Thrust Bearings
Deep groove ball thrust bearings have been developed to hold axial forces during operation with high rotational speeds, and consist of a pulley-shaped bearing ring with track grooves for the balls. Depending on the shape of the housing pulley, deep groove ball thrust bearings are divided into bearings with an even bearing surface or adjustable bearing surface. Deep groove ball thrust bearings can absorb axial forces, but not radial forces.
